Last May 25, Solar Entertainment Corporation filled a complaint against ABS-CBN and Skycable in connection with the dispute on the carriage fee for NBA in cable. The Kapamilya network and its sister company Skycable received an ex-parte writ of attachment and notice of garnishment from the Mandaluyong Regional Trial Court. Immediately, ABS-CBN filled a motion to lift the attachment and garnishment last May 29 and it was granted to them same day.
