>Calling all professional and avid runners, health aficionados, environment advocates, and students to join DZMM’s 11th Takbo Para sa Kalikasan project this February 28, 5am at the Quirino Grandstand, Manila.
The DZMM Takbo Para sa Kalikasan supports the ABS-CBN Foundation’s (AFI) Bantay Kalikasan Project like protection of the La Mesa Watershed that supplies water to 12 million Metro Manila residents and this year the fun run of DZMM aims to extend its help to the Pasig River Rehabilitation Project, another AFI’s project. There will be 3 categories where participants can join, the 3K, 5K, and 10K, aside from the earliest finishers, the youngest and oldest runners and the biggest government, non-government organization, and student contingents will also be awarded.
Registration starts on January 25 at the DZMM Public Service Office (inside PDA Concert Hall), Eugenio Lopez Drive, Barangay South Triangle Quezon City look for Mr. Zaldy Naguit, registration fee is P250 (P200 for students, just present their current student ID upon registration).
