I am an avid diner of the Bubble Tea in SM North EDSA and I am glad that my favorite Japanese fusion food and premium milk tea has it branch located in Tomas Morato in Quezon City, just few minutes away from where I am working. Last October 26, I am one of the bloggers who had a chance to tried almost all of their dishes and their milk teas, and what can I say it is totally heaven and fun of course I am with my friends too. The Tomas Morato branch opened last April 2010, where aside from SM North EDSA, Bubble Tea has a branch in SM Megamall and soon will be opening another branch in November at the Wilson Street in Greenhills, San Juan.
Here are the Japanese fusion dishes that are served in the Bubble Tea, and most of the food served are good for sharing around 2-3 persons.

Bubble Tea Miso Soup – P40 |
Miso Soup is always on my top list every time I am dining in a Japanese restaurant. It dictates if I will be enjoying the rest of the dishes or not, but with Bubble Tea, having a Miso Soup that is comforting and affordable as low as P40 pesos, all I can say is that there will be great dishes that will follow and in very affordable prices.

Bubble Tea Japanese Caesar Salad – P195 |
|
For Bubble Tea CEO Reagan Tan, it is very important that they serve fresh vegetables and meat that still has the good and delectable flavor that their visitors love. Like in their Caesar Salad they make sure that their Romaine lettuce, mango, tomato, and grapes is all fresh before tossing it to pan fried chicken and sesame dressing to preserve the crisp and juiciness of all the ingredients.

Bubble Tea Aspara Bacon Yaki – P185 |
|
Bubble Tea Yakitori – P195 |
Among the stick treats that Bubble Tea served during the Tuesday dinner, the Yakitori is the one I enjoyed the most. For others the chicken meat being grilled is common, but what made BBT’s Yakitori tasty is that the chicken meat was perfectly marinated with Teriyaki sauce and in between the chicken skewers are shiitake mushrooms and leeks that adds to the juiciness in every bite.

Bubble Tea Vancouver – P285 |
|
Bubble Tea Philadelphia – P225 |
|
Bubble Tea Bubble Salad Sushi – P165 |
When I tried the Bubble Salad Sushi, it really wows my taste buds imagine the mixed ingredients that we all love in all maki-sushi, its all here and perfectly wrapped with layers of nori. You can enjoy the chewiness and all the flavor explodes inside your mouth. I also love the Vancouver for shrimp lovers like me, enjoy the breaded prawn wrapped with rice and spicy tuna and topped with teriyaki sauce I am sure you will be getting more of it.

Bubble Tea Ebi Fry Yakisoba – P285 |

|
Bubble Tea Tori Peso Spaghetti – P265 |
Noodles is one of the primary dishes in all Japanese restaurant, in Bubble Tea there are wide range of noodle dishes, from Ramen to Pasta which everyone will enjoy. With Ebi Fry Yakisoba, one of my favorite and made special by BBT is that two (2) big tiger prawns compliments with stir friend noodles that has over flowing of vegetables and meets that is worth sharing to 2-3 person. For those who wanted the “kick” or something spicy, Spicy Mix Seafood & Tomato Spaghetti is the pasta to order. It a spaghetti with spicy tomato sauce topped with mix of tuna, salmon, squid, prawn, clam and mussel.

Bubble Tea Tonkatsu Omurice – P265 |
Rice will always be part of Asian dishes especially for the Filipinos, Bubble Tea offers a wide list of rice dishes that we Pinoys would love to eat, among the dishes Chicken Teriyaki Doria is my personal choice. It is a grilled boneless chicken topped on baked rice with melted cheese where both sweetness and salty flavor burst in your mouth in every spoonful of it.
