In connection with the first ever collaboration of GMA Public Affairs and Viu, Kapuso homegrown artists Ruru Madrid and Bianca Umali star in the romantic drama series “The Write One”. It will air beginning March 20 on GMA Telebabad, Mondays to Thursdays, 9:35 PM with advanced episodes on Viu Philippines from Saturdays to Tuesdays starting March 18.
Joining Bianca and Ruru are Mikee Quintos and Paul Salas. The series if directed by King Marc Baco, from the original concept of Executive Producer Mark Anthony Norella.

“The Write One” follows the story of a frustrated writer named Liam (Ruru) and his wife Joyce (Bianca), a former actress who decided Joyce (Bianca) to leave showbiz after marriage. Unlike the stores that Liam writes, his love story with Joyce is filled with pain and what ifs. Until a mysterious typewriter appeared and helped him rewrite their life story.
Liam’s wish is granted, he becomes a creative manager of a film production company while Joyce continues her career as an actress. And the most important part is they are no longer married. In story that Liam created he discovered that he is in a relationship with fashion icon named Via (Mikee), a daughter of an influential family. Meanwhile, Joyce caught Hans (Paul)’s interest. Paul is a young lawyer who is willing to offer Joyce both emotional and financial security.

Liam is having a great time with his life in the new story he created until bumping up again with Joyce. He ends up wondering if this is the kind of destiny, he wanted for him and Joyce or will his love for her makes him rethink again.
Also joining the cast of “The Write One” are Mon Confiado, Alma Concepcion, and Art Acuna. Sparkle stars Kokoy De Santos, Royce Cabrera, Kaloy Tingcungco, Analyn Barro, Yvette Sanchez, and Euwenn Mikaell Aleta.
