During her interview in Aquino & Abunda last February 10, the R&B and Soul Princess Kyla officially confirms her status as a Kapamilya artist after she decided to end her contract in GMA that started in 2004 until she transferred to Cornerstone Talent Management Center last January 21. She had her last performance ni Sunday All Star of ABS-CBN last February 1 and she will be expected to appear on ASAP 20 very soon.
Kyla is now celebrating her 15 years in the entertainment industry and with her decision to change her path including the network switch and talent management, according to her she’s ready for anything that will come to her and she’s looking forward to work with other Kapamilya artists.
Since 2014, Kyla appeared in Kris TV and Umagang Kay Ganda where the rumors about her network transfer started. She became one of the singers that Kris Aquino invited several times in her show.
According to Kyla when she left GMA she talked to the management about her decisions and she said they supported her. Kyla is now a mother of a baby boy and married to basketball star Rich Alvarez.
