The POLTERGEIST are back and now on 3D!

Do you still remember the character of Carol Anne that was abducted by the poltergeist three times in the horror movie franchise entitled Poltergeist that were shown in cinemas in 1982, 1986 and 1988? The ghosts that used to haunt them are back and now targeting new characters and they are the Bowen family in the 2015 reboot of the Poltergeist movie that is set to be shown in all cinemas by July 23.

The new Poltergeist is now on 3D under the direction of Gil Kenan with screenplay of David Lindsay-Abaire. The horror film stars Sam Rockwell, Jared Harris, Rosemarie DeWitt, Saxon Sharbino, Kyle Catlett, Kennedi Clements, Nicholas Braun and Jane Adams. The film mirrors several key aspects from the original film in 1982 including the television, how the youngest child being abducted by the ghosts and the white lights.

The Poltergeist 3D is more modernize in terms of the storytelling and visual to make the moviegoers easy to relate with the characters and the story itself. But in terms on how will it scare the viewers; Kenan said that the film is super-scary. And it’s scary on its own terms.
