Showing in all cinemas starting January 15, Star Cinema releases the trailer of Bride for Rent the second film of Kim Chiu and Xian Lim after the blockbuster success of Bakit Hindi Ka Crush Ng Crush Mo in 2013. The film was directed by Mae Czarina Cruz and an offering of Star Cinema to welcome 2014 with a bang. Also starring Pilita Corales, Martin del Rosario and Empoy.
Bride for Rent follows the story of Rocky (Kim) who was hired by Dominic (Xian) to be his wife in order to get his inheritance from her grandmother. At first it was easy for them because of that civil wedding they fake but Dominic grandmother wanted to be a church wedding to make it official and they must live together in one roof and start a family which is part of grandma’s condition.
