I am a self-confess avid diner of BreadTalk particularly in TriNoma and SM EDSA The Block and sometimes when I am in Makati in Glorietta 4. I grew in a family that enjoys freshly baked bread like pandesal in the morning for breakfast, lightly salted rolls on spaghetti or salad and savored and sweet breads in between meals and midnight snacks. In my case now, I wanted to enjoy more flavors that will cater to my cravings but on my regular BreadTalk day it will be the Flosss whether it is regular or the spicy FireFlosss that is very savory in every bite where you will enjoy the delicious flavor of the pork floss partially caramelized so the sweet at salty taste is great and on a soft bun.
What I like in BreadTalk is that it is your one stop bakeshop where there are wide range of breads that will compliment on your occasions, meetings, outings or simply your snack while on your way home or hanging out in the mall. All breads are freshly baked which means it is worth your money including the quality ingredients that they use in making it. All recipes were from Singapore where BreadTalk originates but there’s the Coco and Ube Bundle that you would love to try that are 100% Pinoy made.
It is not your ordinary bakeshop where in some of the BreadTalk branches there are dining tables where you can hang out with your family and friends for a quick snack while chatting plus they offer hot and cold beverages where coffees are also freshly brewed. There are also cakes and rolls available for take-out for birthdays or simple gathering which I really enjoyed their pistachio cake and black forest. There are two new stores that are worth visiting because of the dining area; in the East Wing of Shangri-La Plaza and in SM Aura.
Being an avid buyer of BreadTalk, I can say that it is a bakeshop that you can truly say they really values your money especially with the wide selection of breads including the assurance that it is fresh and delicious. They have already 37 stores nationwide for more information you can visit www.breadtalk.com.ph.
