In line with the tragic death of Cory Monteith, one of the lead star of the phenomenal musical teen show Glee last July 13 in his hotel room in Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver Canada, girlfriend and co-star Lea Michele who is now on devastated state is asking for privacy. The said statement was given by a representative of Lea to the media and supporters that the actress that she needs privacy during devastating time.
Cory Monteith and Lea Michele became boyfriends since they became close in their stint in Glee until the death of Cory. The couple will be marrying soon until the tragic death happened. Cory at the age of 31 achieved great fame after playing the role of Finn Hudson in the musical series of Fox entitled Glee. He played a quarterback in the McKinley High’s football team until he discovered his talent in singing and entered in the Glee club named New Directions. In the group he met Rachel Berry played by Lea Michele a perfectionist who sees joining Glee will be her stepping stone to stardom. Their characters have a love hate relationship until they finally became a couple in the story.
As a real life couple, Lea became a good influence to Cory where she helped the actor fight his addiction to substance. Cory voluntarily admitted himself into a treatment facility last March 31 and completed his rehabilitation last April 26. In regards of his tragic death in the hotel the rumor on substance overdose surfaces as the reason of his death which was denied by Cory’s supporter. Meanwhile the autopsy is scheduled for July 15.
