From being sweet and romantic in most of her characters on TV and film, showbiz royalty KC Concepcion will play a bolder and fiercer character on Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala starting June 17 on Primetime Bida. Playing the role of Alexis, KC will be joined by power cast including Soap Opera Queen Judy Ann Santos, Sam Milby, John Estrada, Tirso Cruz III, Coney Reyes, Mylene Dizon, Empress, Susan Africa, Matet de Leon, Bryan Termulo, and Joseph Marco. The 60 years offering of ABS-CBN is directed by Jerry Sineneng, Tots Sanchez-Mariscal, and Malu Sevilla.
As Alexis, KC Concepcion will be the one of the thorns that will make the life of Anessa (Judy Ann) that will try to ruin her relationship with her husband Eros (Sam). This will be KC’s first ever antagonist character in her acting career on TV which at first she was hesitant to do until Judy Ann called her and convinced her to accept the role.
According to KC most of the scenes that she did with Judy Ann were intense mostly on physical and emotional side which includes slapping in the first few episodes along with the word war. From there she saw how dedicated Judy Ann in the project. “That’s when I saw and realized how dedicated and committed Ate Juday is to her craft. It would really be embarrassing if I would not give my 100% in this project,” she shared.
