Starting April 8 at 10PM, AXN will be airing the iconic character Dr. Hannibal Lecter that was played by Anthony Hopkins in the big screen and now will be played by Mads Mikkelsen in the TV adaptation. Directed by David Sales and created for the small screen by Bryan Fuller, the TV show will be giving a new twist in the psychological/criminal story of Hannibal. It also stars Hugh Dancy and Laurence H. Fishburne playing the roles of Will Graham and Jack Crawford respectively.
Hannibal will center in the life of Will Graham, a brilliant, empathic FBI profiler who is able to mentally re-trace the twisted thoughts and methods of the agencies most-wanted serial killers which unknown to him the cold blooded serial killer he is looking is the person close to him who is Hannibal the psychiatrist who attends to him. Who will Will finally reveals the real identity and color of Hannibal and stop him from his cold blooded acts.
