After successfully releasing the Lumia and Windows Phone in the market including the Nokia Lumia 900, 800, 710 and 610, Nokia will be releasing another Window powered Lumia smartphone in the market this November. The Lumia 510 which will be available this November that is more affordable and still has jam-packed features of Windows Phone 7.5 platform that caters to the needs of smartphone users. The Nokia Lumia 510 is an entry-level smartphone under the Lumia line that has bright 4-inch touch screen display available in vibrant colors including white, black, cyan, yellow and red. Suggested retail price (SRP) is US$199 or in the Philippine market it will play around Php8, 000-Php11, 000 where as the Lumia 610 is around Php 10, 000-Php13, 000 in the market now.
The Lumia 510 has 5 mega pixel auto-focus camera, running on Snapdragon S1 processor with 256 MB RAM and has an internal memory storage of 4 GB with no external card slot. Even though it doesn’t have an external memory option, device owners can enjoy 7GB SkyDrive cloud storage where they can save their contacts, photos, videos, calendar, music and other files online every time they are connected via wifi or mobile internet.
The actual size of Lumia 510 is 120.7 mm x 64.9 mm x 11.5 mm and weighs 129 grams. Additional features include Internet Explorer 9 for web browsing, productivity tools including Office apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), Office Mobile (corporate and private email), Lync (corporate IM), and pre installed social connect where users can easy log in to their social media accounts like Facebook and Twitter. There are also wide range of applications available at the Windows Phone marketplace.

i was planning on buying the nokia lumia 610 and it’s the first time hearing about nokia lumia 510! still has the 256mb 5mp camera… what’s the difference between the 510 and 610 besiders the lessened internal memory and outward design?
