It is finally here, graded B by the Cinema Evaluation Board (CEB) the first starring movie of Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber also known as MayWard entitled Loving in Tandem is officially showing in all cinemas! The romantic comedy film that features MayWard with their fellow ex-housemates from Pinoy Big Brother Lucky Season 7 namely Kisses Delavin and Marco Gallo is under Star Cinema and directed by Giselle Andres.
The film follows the story of Shine (Maymay), a jolly and happy-go-lucky teenager who puts family first on top of her priorities. But things will change once she meet Luke (Edward) comes to her life. Luke is a grumpy and rebellious teenager brought by his parents in the Philippines. With the opposing personality, who among Shine and Luke will adjust?
Loving In Tandem also stars Carmi Martin, Ryan Bang, Thou Reyes, Ketchup Eusebio, Kakai Bautista, Simon Pineda, Emman Dolores and April Matienzo.
During the blogger’s conference, Maymay and Edward shared that they never expected that they will be doing a movie and as lead stars. Maymay and Edward just came out from the Pinoy Big Brother 6 months ago and was already given big breaks by the management. At first, they don’t know what to do and they are very thankful with their director and fellow cast members that are very supportive to them.
Maymay, was the big winner in their edition whereas she was given big breaks including the album under Star Music, stint in Maalaala Mo Kaya and part of La Luna Sangre.
Loving In Tandem is showing in all cinemas on September 13. Details on international screening will be posted soon.
