With the growing market that is now inclined with smartwatches, premium brand Tag Heuer introduces their first ever Android Wear model that will surely cater the sporty and athletic clients. The Tag Heuer Connected is an Android watch in a sporty design that has the iconic Carrera face. It also serves as a pedometer and fitness monitor and give notifications on emails, text and voice messages, social media and other apps.
Tag Heuer Connected is made of Titanium Grade 2 case that includes horizontal and vertical fine-brushed titanium lugs, 3D-raised and fine-brushed numerals, “TAG Heuer Connected“ lettering engraved with silver lacquer, Black, sandblasted, carbide-coated titanium bezel with anti-fingerprint coating, Titanium single push-button with black, carbide- coated line fine-brushed and raised with TAG Heuer shield and IP67 splash-proof water resistance. It has a dimension of 46 mm in diameter, 12.8 mm thick and weighs 52 grams. The watch screen is 1.5in fully circular transflective LTPS LCD display and scratch resistant with the resolution of 360×360, 240ppi.
It has 410-mAh non-removable battery that has minimum of 25 hours battery life with 1.6GHz dual core processor (500mHz normal operation speed) and 1GB main memory and 4GB storage memory. It is compatible to Android 4.3+ and iOS 8.2+. It is available in six vulcanized rubber straps including green, blue, orange, red, white, black and yellow.
Aside from the rubber strap, Tag Heuer also offers leather straps. Aside from the Carrera GMT, 3-hand dial and chronograph, other watch faces available include the designs of Tag Heuer ambassadors namely David Guetta, Jeremy Lin, G.E.M., Kai Lenny, Jessica Korda, Tom Brady and many more.
