After Mitoy Yonting of The Voice of the Philippines, Lea Salonga finally gets her first win in the The Voice Kids with Joshua Oliveros, the Hopeful Son from Antique wins The Voice Kids Season 3 Grand Champion. Joshua got 38.07% from the total percentage of votes versus his fellow grand finalists Team Sharon’s Antonetthe Tismo and Kamp Kawayan’s Justin Alva.
During the 2 day Grand Finals of The Voice Kids Season 3 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World Manila, Joshua performed Nais Ko with his coach Lea followed with upbeat performance Mangarap Ka. In his last performance in this season he performed Salamat.
Joshua wins a recording contract from MCA Music, Inc., a house and lot from Camella, and a fashion package, Php1 million cash, and Php1 million worth of trust fund from H&M. He now joins The Voice champs including Mitoy Yonting, Jason Dy, Lyca Gairanod and Elha Nimfa.
