From 218 lbs., now my current weight is 204 lbs. where I lose 14 lbs. in two weeks and it became possible with Diana Stalder’s Ideal Protein and with the help of Ms. Dina who became my guide on my 2-week program. Why did I choose to lose weight and why am I continuing losing more is that I want to live healthy. When I say I want a healthy lifestyle it means I want to eliminate the common problem that an obese or overweight person encounter. From getting tired easy, shortness of breath, excessive sweating and other health problems I encounter, I want to change it to be more active and strengthen my body from any kind of diseases.
That’s the reason I seek help with Diana Stalder and their recommendation is the Ideal Protein. At first, it was very hard because I love eating. I can finish 2 cups of rice or more especially when its Sinigang na Baboy, Adobo or Sisig. Those were my comfort dishes coming from work. I love sweets too, especially cakes and chocolate ice cream that added to my weight before. Those kind of food were eliminated and replaced by green leafy vegetables like lettuce, cabbage, pechay and others along with eggplant, okra, bean sprout and more. And from bowl filled of dish, it was replaced with 5 oz of lean meat of chicken, fish, pork and beef cooked in olive oil, apple cider, rock salt and pepper. Ideal Protein diet is a very strict program where you need to follow every measurement even water intake. Except from lunch, Ideal Protein will provide my breakfast, snacks and dinner. Sealed carefully, there are cereal, pancake mix, peanut butter bar, chips, scrambled egg mix, chicken soup mix, mushroom mix, and orange drink mix that are measured and scheduled on a 7-day program.
It was a tough diet program but with the right discipline, dedication and a little creativity it will be an easy one. Being experimental is one of my edge, from the usual grilled, fry or baked. I experiment with the allowed ingredients to make the dish more delicious and fun to eat while sticking on the measurement.
