With the return of Maja Salvador and Jericho Rosales on primetime bida together with Paulo Avelino, Bridges of Love becomes an instant favorite of the primetime viewers because of the fierce and fast-paced story that gain their interest. And from its pilot episode last March 16, Bridges of Love dominated the timeslot immediately national TV ratings of 21.9% compare to Second Chances of 13.6%.
And base from the report of Kantar Media, Bridges of Love continues to dominate with the pilot week where it gains 24.4%, 24.4%, and 24.1% from March 17 to 19. Meanwhile, Second Chances lagged behind with 12.3%, 14.1% and 14.8%.
On the pilot week of Bridges of Love, the series follows the story of two brothers Gael (Jericho) and Carlos (Paulo) who were unfortunately separated by a tragedy and now bridged by their growing fascination over one alluring club dancer named Mia (Maja). And on the following week, plot thickens with fate playing on Gael and Carlos’ hearts that beat for Mia. How will the brothers fight for the only girl they love? Will their love for Mia be the cure or the poison of their brotherhood badly wounded by the past?
Bridges of Love is directed by Dado Lumibao, Will Fredo, and Richard Somes. It also stars Carmina Villaruel, Edu Manzano, Antoinette Taus, Jopay Paguia and Lito Pimentel. Bridges of Love airs on ABS-CBN Primetime Bida after Dream Dad.
