On the second results night of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2, contestants including Alisah Bonaobra, Bradley Holmes, and Mackie Cao of Team Apl de Ap; Jason Dy, Kokoi Baldo, and Douglas Dagal of Team Sarah Geronimo; Arnee Hidalgo, Rence Rapanot, and Tanya Diaz of Team Bamboo; and Casper Blancaflor, Miro Valera, and Timmy Pavino of Team Lea Salonga are hoping to move on to the next live show. Last January 31, they performed the songs they will know that will guarantee them the votes from the viewers of the show at the same time the chance to be selected by their coaches.
In the live results night, the contestants with highest percentage of votes include of Tanya for Team Bamboo, Miro for Team Lea, Kokoi for Team Sarah and lastly Mackie for Team Apl. The second set of winners will be determined according to the coaches choice.
During the performance night contestants performance include Mackie Cao, Bradley Holmes and Alisah Bonaobra performing the songs “Making Love Out of Nothing at All,” “You Give Love A Bad Name,” and “Pangarap na Bituin” respectively for Team Apl, Miro Valera sang “Wake Me Up”, Casper Blancaflor belted out “Chandelier” and Timmy Pavino with OPM hit “Hanggang sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan” for Team Lea.
Meanwhile, Team Sarah’s Jason Dy sang “Thinking Out Loud”, Douglas Dagal performed, “Home.” Kokoi Baldo with “Love and Devotion.” And lastly, Rence Rapanot sang, “Malayo Pa Ang Umaga”, Arnee Hidalgo with Beyonce’s “Crazy In Love.” Tanya Diaz belted “You Make Me Feel.”
The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 airs on ABS-CBN every Saturday after Maalaala Mo Kaya and Sundays after Rated K.
