After Kai Honasan who tried the blind audition of The Voice of the Philippines and her father Senator Gringo Honasan gave his full support to her daughter who was a 4-chair turner, it was Rico Puno’s turn to show support to his children. Doki and Rox Puno tried their luck in blind audition in order to continue the legacy of their father. It was Doki who performed first for the blind audition with the song American Boy of Estelle. In the case of Doki, the coaches said that the rhythm and proper pronunciation of the words are very important in singing. Lea noticed that Doki was struggling in reaching the notes that’s why there are some lapses in her performance. Meanwhile in the performance of Rox, Lea said that there are part that he pronounced the words a little bit strong which it not needed.
Rico said that this was the first time that Doki and Rox were seen and performed on live television. He was joking when he said that it should be the face because Rox looks like him and remembers that most of the competition he joined he didn’t win. The Rico with his children performed Macho Gwapito that Lea enjoyed.
