After 2 days of rest, Coleen Garcia returned to It’s Showtime early this afternoon after the incident that involved her boyfriend and co-host Billy Crawford in an incident in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig. Coleen announced that aside from her returning to work, Billy resumes taping for the part 2 of Moron 5 that will be showing in cinemas very soon. She also said that he will be returning in It’s Showtime very soon.
Coleen announced that Billy said that he is very thankful to those who supported them and defended them during the height of the incident last weekend. Whereas Coleen defended her boyfriend on twitter and even asked GMA News to stop spreading lies against Billy which she later deleted the said tweet.
During the incident that happened last weekend after the 8th Star Magic Ball where Billy, Coleen and some friends decided to go to a bar and have fun. But around 4am of Sunday, Billy was brought to the precinct in Taguig and detained after allegedly hitting a desk officer and the glass door of the police station. Billy remeained in the said precinct until Monday whereas they posted bail. He will face charges regarding the mischievous conduct.
Meanwhile, Coleen that time clarified that the unidentified woman that Billy is with that time was one of her bestfriends. Billy sent his apologies but firm he hadn’t hit anyone and the glass door was an accident. But he confirmed that he was in the influence of alcohol during the arrest.
