With so many speculation on the Philippine remake of the Columbian telenovela Pasion de Amor it was now revealed that the cast will include Jake Cuenca, Joseph Marco, Ejay Falcon, Ellen Adarna, Coleen Garcia, Ingrid dela Paz and Arci Munoz. Yes Arci Munoz who was one of the StarStuck contestant in 2005 and stars with other GMA 7 shows including Bakekang, Zaido, Diva and Langit sa Piling Mo until she transferred to TV5. In 2010 she joined TV5 and stars in Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak, Ang Utol Kong Hoodlum, Felina and Undercover. And now she will be joining ABS-CBN in the teleserye Passion de Amor.
This was confirmed by the post of Ejay Falcon’s IG post (@ejaythefalcon) where in an activity a photo with Jake, Ellen, Joseph and Arci. And later it was regram by Jake (@juancarloscuenca) telling it is for a new show Pasion de Amor:
Also known as Pasión de Gavilanes, the TV series was a Columbian telenovela aired in 1994 and broadcasted on ABS-CBN last 2005 and ended a year. The remake will be the Kapamilya network’s 5th telenovela (Latin America/Spanish based TV series) that has local version including Rubi, I Love Betty Le Fea, Maria Mercedes and Maria La Del Bario.
