After their successful tandem in the romantic comedy films The Wedding Singer (1998) and 50 First Dates (2004), Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore reunite in another romcom entitled Blended. It will be showing in all cinemas by June 11 under Warner Bros. Pictures.
Blended follows the story of single parents Lauren (Barrymore) and Jim (Sandler) agree on only one thing: they never want to see each other again after that disastrous blind date. But when they each sign up separately for a fabulous family vacation with their kids, they are all stuck sharing a suite at a luxurious African safari resort for a week.
The film also stars Joel McHale as Lauren’s ex-husband, Mark, and Wendi McLendon-Covey as her best friend, Jen; Kevin Nealon and Jessica Lowe as an overly romantic couple also vacationing at the resort; and Terry Crews as the resort’s singing host.
Blended is a Warner Bros. Pictures presentation of a Gulfstream Pictures/Happy Madison Production and will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment company.
