After Joaquin (Daniel) finally realize who Cristina Tampipi (Kathryn Bernardo) is or simply Chichay in his life, he is now torn between her and Alex (Liza Soberano). But still confuse, Joaquin partially remembers Chichay aside from his painful separation and some information from his mother Julianna (Carmina Villaroel) that triggers his confusion about the girl she loves before.
Meanwhile, Julianna joins Alex in her recovery after accident hoping that Joaquin choose her instead of Chichay.
