After the Twitter announcement of Lea Salonga that she will be returning to the Kids edition of The Voice of the Philippines, the Broadway diva also announced that she will be joined by Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo who was her strong contender during the first season and Rock Icon Bamboo. Lea can really relate with The Voice of the Philippines Kids contender where as she started her journey as a singer and actress when entered Repertory Philippines and became part of the production of The King and I and Annie. So is Sarah who became part of numerous singing competitions at the younger age until she made it in Star For A Night.
Meanwhile, the official Facebook Page of The Voice of the Philippines officially released a photo showing the coaches; Lea, Sarah and Bamboo on the coaches’ chair. Unfortunately this edition only requires three coaches that’s why Apl.de.Ap is not joining The Voice of the Philippines Kids. Also included in the photo is the new look of the set that’s more breath-taking and modern compare with the last season’s blind audition.
There are changes on the floor, chair, and even the back ground. The light was equally distributed in the stage to give a very dramatic approach to add up on the mystery of blind auditions that will surely surprise as in every episode.
The Voice of the Philippines Kids will be airing on ABS-CBN very soon! Keep posted on TheVoice.abs-cbn.com.
