Now showing in all theaters nationwide, Bride for Rent is the second big screen tandem of Kim Chiu and Xian Lim or popularly known as the loveteam KimXi after the success of the comedy film Bakit Hindi Ka Crush Ng Crush Mo that was also produced by Star Cinema. This time Bride for Rent will move Kim and Xian to the next level making their supporters see them doing a husband and wife roles which will surely excite them. Directed by Mae Czarina Cruz and also stars Pilita Corales, Martin del Rosario and Empoy, the romantic comedy film will tackle on relationship and married life.
Playing the role of Rocco and Rocky, Xian and Kim which according to Direk Mae and headwriter of Bride for Rent Carmi Raymundo they shared that the two lead stars contributes to the story beyond their acting. Carmi mentioned that Kim shared her insights on her character the same way with Xian including the story flow which they see that the movie goers will surely like. With this the headwriter mentioned during the bloggers conference that story made perfectly to Kim and Xian which the both actors can really portray their role including the chemistry that everyone will look forward.
The film will not only give a good laugh to the movie goers along with that “kilig” that Kim and Xian can really give to their supporters but also a story of marriage which everyone can surely get ideas on the hardship and the importance of making a strong bond between husband and wife. Bride for Rent is part of the 25 years offering of Star Cinema and open in all cinemas nationwide.
