Starting October 19, FOX will be airing three back to back action-packed suspense series which all coach potatoes will surely enjoy their Saturday evening viewing. First of the three TV series to air is the Season 4 of The Walking Dead at 8:55PM. Garnering 12.4 million viewers for its Season 3 finale with strong viewership worldwide, the new season of The Walking Dead offers more cutting edge scenes that viewers will surely hold on to their seats from start until the end. Based from the comic book series with the same title created by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard, the series will now introduce notable characters including Abraham Ford, Eugene Porter, Rosita Espinosa, and Bob Stookey. It will still have the Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon, Glenn Rhee, Maggie Greene, and Carl Grimes as the surviving characters to appear in the season 4.
Another TV series to watch out for on Oct. 19 is the Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D that was created by Joss Whedon, director of Marvel’s The Avengers. Together with Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen, the TV series is the spin off of the Marvel’s films including The Avengers, Iron Man, Thor and Captain America. It follows the story of Agent Phil Coulson as he works on the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division (S.H.I.E.L.D.) where he encounters and profiles the superhumans in the world. Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D stars Clark Gregg Ming-Na Wen, Brett Dalton, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker and Elizabeth Henstridge and it will be airing at 9:50PM
Lastly at 10:45PM, FOX brings the modern-day version of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow of Washington Irving now entitled Sleepy Hollow. Connecting to the 1781 triumph of Ichabod Crane over the Headless Horseman, the TV series brings back that evil spirit in 2013 bringing Crane to awaken and now partners with Lt. Abbie Mills to stop it from murdering more people and sparking the return of dark, supernatural forces to the earth.
