Before the launching of her lead project on ABS-CBN very soon, Showbiz Royalty and member of the Star Magic 2013 Julia Barretto will be doing her first acting stint in Maalaala Mo Kaya for the special Father’s Day episode. The rising Kapamilya teen star will give life to the character of Alex, a young teenage girl who grew up in a complete and happy family. She will be joined by Ara Mina and James Blanco on this special MMK episode.
Julia Barretto in her character will face the problem of seeing her family breaking apart after their mother left them because of his father’s addiction to drugs. With her strong love for them how will she work things out and old on to both sides which she hopes that it will mend their family together again?
Also starring in the MMK episode are Jacob Dionisio, Tommy Abuel, Manuel Chua, Kristoff Meneses, Marikit Morales, and Yda Yaneza.
