After facing the entertainment press last week in line with announcement of being chosen as the Pinay Maria Mercedes, Jessy Mendiola that time answered all her questions regarding her family, her journey to become one of the actresses in the Kapamilya Network and the two guys JM de Guzman and Matteo Guidicelli that touch her heart. But the questioning never ended on that day after Boy Abunda in The Buzz had an exclusive one on one interview with her.
Tito Boy asked Jessy regarding her relationship before with the actor JM de Guzman that was her first love. Being not together in a project it was hard for them to have time but they manage to go out in public holding hands. Jessy mentioned that her mother was against with her relationship with JM but they fight for their love until they relationship ended. She recalled that they never mentioned about their relationship in public but during the time that JM mentioned it in public for her it made her happy. She also revealed that they almost had a second chance but it didn’t push through. She also denied the allegation about her being the reason on what happened to JM. Jessy said that she is hoping that JM finally stand up and return to the good and talented person before.
Meanwhile, Jessy also answered the question on what happened between her and Matteo Guidicelli. Everyone thought that they are moving on a relationship where their project Paraiso made them closer. Jessy recalls that during their last interview in The Buzz where Matteo said that she’s special in his heart without confirming their relationship and also being introduced to his parents, Jessy thought there’s something special with it and they wanted to take it slow. But because of their work especially with Matteo’s projects coming they decided to focus first on their careers. Jessy Mendiola’s message to Matteo is it is ok to love.
Coming from a quiet Jessy Mendiola who never talks about of herself that much, she finally had the courage to say all the things that she’s keeping for so long. With all she reveled from her love life, being the bread winner for her family and her longing for her father Jessy finally opened herself and let everyone understand her more.
