In line with the airing the TV adaptation of Carlo J Caparas’ Dugong Buhay this April on ABS-CBN, the Kapamilya Network officially unveils the official trailer of action-drama based from the 1983 film with the same title and now stars Ejay Falcon, Jed Montero, Arjo Atayde, Noni Buencamino, Christian Vasquez, Lito Pimentel, Anna Capri, Sunshine Cruz, Ronnie Quizon, Ketchup Eusebio, and Yam Concepcion. Directed by Toto Natividad, Dugong Buhay marks another partnership of Caparas with ABS-CBN after the success of the TV adaptation of Pieta, Elias Paniki and Panday in the Kapamilya Network.
Dugong Buhay as a film featured Ramon Revilla Sr., Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., Paquito Diaz, Rose Marie Gil, Charlie Davao, Maria Isabel Lopez, Eula Valdes, Jonee Gamboa and Michael de Mesa as members of the cast. It follows Victor now played by Falcon which was nurtured with pain and anger by Simon (Buencamino) in order that he can use him to avenge for the death of his wife and son who happens to be the person behind it is the real father of Victor. It will be the son against his family, but will Victor (real identity as Gabriel) will finally discover the truth or will he be living in lies forever?
