The longest running American crime drama television series – CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Season is back on AXN and now on its 13th season beginning February 6. Coming from a breathtaking season finale where Nick (George Eads) had quit the CSI team; Finlay (Elisabeth Shue) is in the arms of the enemy, and D.B Russell’s (Ted Danson) granddaughter had been kidnapped – all because of their nemesis McKeen (Conor O’Farrell), the show will surely offer a one of a kind suspense and action experience to their viewers.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Season 13 will continue on how to stop McKeen in controlling his “puppets” in doing crimes even the puppet master is behind bars. And with Russell’s appearance in the last season how will it carry over to make the Las Vegas Police Department will work as a team to solve all the chaos that McKeen including the abduction of his granddaughter.
The Executive producer Don McGill mentioned that they will be opening the new season of CSI in the image of Russell, a man of science, wisdom and rationality being pushed to the edge and will do anything just to save her granddaughter even it will bring him to his destruction. The scene will also be the turning point to the character when his trust to his colleagues begins to wither because of depression that is starting to eat him whole.
The season 12 of CSI gained more than 63 million viewers around the globe making it The Most Watched Drama Series in the World as awarded by the prestigious Monte Carlo TV festival, marking the fifth time the series has been presented this honor for the past seven years. CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Season 13 premieres on this February 6, 10PM on AXN.
