With the Trick or Treat for UNICEF campaign, it will generate more funds that will focus on the providing children with books and school supplies, help save children from severe acute malnutrition and help provide children with emergency and family supplies in times of calamity. The campaign started last October 6 where UNICEF distributes the Trick or Treat for UNICEF orange kit where children can ask everyone that instead giving them candies and chocolates on Halloween, they can give donations to UNICEF that will benefit fellow children who are in need. The kits will be available in UNICEF booths at The Mega Atrium in SM Megamall and the Podium. Children must be accompanied by their parents or guardian to avail the free kit.
