Last July, Karate Kid a Japanese-American fusion restaurant just opened three new branches to cater more diners who crave for fine dining with a touch of Japanese-American fusion cuisine. The three new Karate Kid branches are located in Farmer’s Plaza in Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City, Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo, Manila, and Graceland Mall beside Bulacan State University along MacArthur Highway, Malolos City, Bulacan.
According to Raymond Yap, Executive Vice President of Karate Kid, he said that since 2011 they are very aggressive in their expansion in order to widen their reach and be more accessible to their diners. “We are targeting to open more stores to increase brand awareness among our target consumers and provide them with more venues to enjoy the Karate Kid favorites that they have come to love.” Yap explained.
Up to date they have already more than 20 branches including Waltermart Sucat, Waltermart Muñoz, Enchanted Kingdom, SM Mall of Asia, Robinson’s Metro East, SM Megamall, SM City Sucat, SM Fairview, SM City Dasmarinas, 168 Shopping Mall, Landmark TriNoma Mall and Robinson’s Place Manila. Karate Kid is known with their Crunchy Maki, Chicken Burger, Seafood Gyoza and Japanese Mochi Halo-Halo that are all time favorites of their diners.
