After three films under Warner Bros Pictures and direction of Christopher Nolan as Bruce Wayne and his superhero alter ego Batman, Christian Bale will be saying goodbye for being the caped crusader as The Dark Knight Rises premieres on July 19 in all cinemas nationwide. The Dark Knight Rises marks the finale of the Batman trilogy of Nolan that started in 2005 with Batman Begins and followed by The Dark Knight in 2008.
The Batman trilogy of Nolan that stars Bale gives the movie goers and followers of the comic book super hero created by artist Bob Kane with the story of Bill Finger that started in Detective Comics in 1939 and DC Comics up to present. In the Batman Begins, Nolan introduces the character of multi-billionaire Bruce as the sole owner of the Wayne Enterprises and behind from being a playboy lies a person filled with pain and anger wanting the avenge on the tragedy that involves his parents and later sees himself becoming a masked hero in the Gotham City.
While in The Dark Knight, being Batman he discovered his path a crusader helping to fight crime in the city where he met different nemesis including his arch enemy named The Joker. And now in The Dark Knight Rises, Bruce Wayne and his alter ego Batman faces new challenges that threat the security of Gotham City and his life. It also gives the movie goer to see Selina Kyle played by Anne Hathaway and Bane played by Tom Hardy
“Bruce feels absolutely isolated since the tragedy of losing the woman he loved, Rachel, and the terrible turn of events with what happened to Harvey Dent. He carries a certain amount of guilt that if he had not chosen the course of becoming Batman, none of that would have happened. His belief has been rocked, and that has caught up with him, physically and emotionally. But how much longer can he allow the pain of what has happened in his life control what he does with his life? And at what point does it start to become completely self-destructive?” Bale explaining the emotional burden of Bruce/Batman in the film that gives the over-all theme of the story.
Also starring Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Morgan Freeman, The Dark Knight Rises will be shown in all cinemas nationwide on July 19 and it will be available in IMAX and regular format. It will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.
