People’s Champ Mannny “Pacman” Pacquiao officially opens the Roadhaus Economy Hotel in Genral Santos City on May 8. Commonly known as the Pacquaio hotel, the 40-room hotel is the product of Manny’s success as a boxer where he already won 8 titles including WBC Super Featherweight, WBC Lightweight, IBO Light Welterweight, WBO Welterweight, WBC Light Middleweight, IBF Super Bantamweight, IBF Featherweight, and WBC Flyweight is located at the located at the corner of Aparente Street and Block 0, Dadiangas Heights Subdivision.
The hotel offers a courtyard atmosphere just line in the US that is simple and modern. Aside from that lobby walls is designed with photos of Manny Pacquaio’s during the beginning of his career as boxer up to present along with the photos of him with his wife from various event both here and in abroad. There’s also magazine covers and clippings from both local and international prints that highlighted his success as a boxer and public official that gives everyone a glimpse of the life of the People’s Champ.
This Roadhaus Economy Hotel is a joint project of Manny Pacquaio and his supportive wife Jinkee Pacquaio where it consist of fourteen (14) Standard Twin Rooms that has the rate of Php 2, 240, eight (8) Standard Triple Rooms that has the rate of Php2, 560, eight (8) Superior Rooms with the rate of Php3, 200 and can accommodate up to 4 guests, and ten (10) Roadhaus Suites that has the rate of Php 2, 560 that can accommodate 2 guests.
Each room is equipped with Each WIFI internet access, telephone system, hot and cold shower. In terms of security, all the doors have electronic door lock systems. Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast, numbers depends room package that the guest avails. While children with the age 12 years old and below are free of charge when accompanied with their parents or guardians while disable persons can also stay in disability-accessible rooms which can be requested upon reservation or check in. The hotel also has function rooms perfect for meetings, conferences, wedding receptions, debut and birthday which have its own package depending on the number of guests.
The hotel also offer fine dining with the Kee’s Café which was named after Jinkee and it is located inside the ground floor of the hotel.
