From Clash of the Titans in 2010, Warner Bros Pictures brings another fantasy film to continue the journey and adventure of Perseus (Sam Worthington) along with all the gods of Mount Olympus and the underworld for a battle that movie goers will never forget – Wrath of the Titans. The film directed by Jonathan Liebesman and also stars Ralph Fiennes, Liam Neeson, Danny Huston, Édgar Ramírez, Bill Nighy, Toby Kebbell and Rosamund Pike will be premiering in all cinemas beginning March 29. It will be available on 3D, IMAX 3D and regular format.
Few years after defeating the Kraken and saving the city ofArgosand its pricess Andromeda (Pike), Perseus embarks on a new journey to save the gods inMountOlympusand mankind from Kronos – his supposed grandfather and leader of the titans. Kronos is the father of the long-ruling brothers Zeus (Neeson), Poseidon (Huston) and Hades (Fiennes) the god of the underworld who sets him free from imprisonment in the abyss of Tartarus. Together with the treacherous Ares (Ramírez), Hades made a pact with Kronos to capture Zeus and be the ruler again of the gods and mankind. With the now Queen Andromeda, Agenor (Kebbell) the son of Poseidon, and fallen god Hephaestus (Nighy) they join Perseus on a journey to rescue Zeus, defeat Kronos and the titans and save mankind from the plans of Hades.
The film will offer more action-packed scenes that movie goers who thirst for action and visual effects will truly enjoy. Among the mythical creatures/monters made real by visual effects were the multi-headed Chimera, three one-eyed Cyclops and an army of double-bodied Makhai. And of course the most awaited nemesis in the film that will really wow the audience is the 1,500-foot Kronos busting in fire and black smokes that will really make everyone say it is truly the wrath of the titans.
Catch the battle for supremacy between the Perseus, Kronos and the rest of the gods and the titans starting March 29 in all cinemas.
