The fun never stops in SM Supermalls as they welcome Year of the Dragon with beautiful performance and decorations and delicious Chinese food. I was in SM Baguio during the eve of Chinese New Year they different activities to cater of Filipino-Chinese community and every one wanted to celebrate with them. There are wushu and tai-chi performance from different Fil-Chi students and even from the Philippine team.
Graceful and sharp, this is how wushu and tai-chi performance was presented at the activity center of SM Baguio during my stay at the Summer Capital of the Philippines. Same events happen in other SM Malls nationwide, and it is a 2-day event (Jan 22 and 23).
Performances include fan dance, and singers singing Chinese love songs that were well applauded by those who were present at the venue. In full Chinese attire, participants showcase their talents.
Good fortune, this is what everyone wanted to have this year that’s everyone flocks at the 2012 prediction wall where it summarizes what every Chinese zodiac will have. While for those who wanted a deeper interpretation and know more about their destiny, SM has Feng Shui reader that will give predictions and give advices on how to work things out to have a prosperous Year of the Dragon.
The Chinese New Year activity in SM Malls continues with Dragon Dance, Chinese delicacies like hopia, tikoy, rice cakes, and others that everyone believes will bring good luck to everyone. So visit the nearest SM Supermalls and welcome the Year of the Dragon with good food, fun and better fortune.
