After the huge support they got last year, CTE Productions is bringing back Nora and Delia Ephron’ Love, Loss, and What I Wore at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium at the RCBC Plaza in Makati City on January 20-22, 2012. Joining the cast for this re-run were Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo, Cathy Azaza-Dy, Liza Infante-Robinson, Bituin Escalante, and Jay Valencia-Glorioso. It was directed by Michael Williams and Cathy Azanza-Dy.
Love, Loss, and What I Wore shows series of monologues and uses a rotating cast of five principal women that talks about how clothes including the color, design and accessories reflects their emotions and personality. This play will actually give everyone the chance to understand women on how they see clothes and accessories as extensions of themselves. From the color that shows their emotions, the ruffles and laces that give them that triumph and length and cut that gives them the authority and power. Things like this will be shown and discuss on very light and understandable way which everyone will truly love as it goes straight to heart of everyone.
