Coca Cola officially “shakes up” Holiday Season as they lighted the giant Christmas tree at the Araneta grounds in Quezon City last November 12. Joining the annual Christmas Tree lighting of Coca Cola are the brand ambassadors Enchong Dee, Julia Montes, Katryn Bernardo and Joseph Marco with the Coca Cola Philippines President and General Manager Guillermo Aponte and officials of the Quezon City local government headed by Mayor Herbert Bautista.
The 100-feet Christmas tree was decorated with Coca Cola Christmas balls and LED lights. The lighting was highlighted with fireworks display and the Shake Up Christmas theme song of Coca Cola. Also present in the Christmas tree lighting were the Kapamilya stars Jessy Mendiola, Empress Schuck and Aaron Villaflor with Kapuso artists namely Kris Bernal, Rocco Nacino, Steven Silva, Sef Cadayona, Diva Montelaba, Barbie Forteza and Joshua Dionisio. Both Kapamilya and Kapuso artists showed their talents in singing and dancing as they entertain the crowd who witness this Christmas event of Coca Cola and Araneta. Aspog Band and Spongecola were also present to give that upbeat mood to all who joined the activity.
There were life sizes Coca Cola bottles where everyone enjoyed taking pictures along with Santa Claus sitting beside the Christmas tree and of course over flowing food and refreshing Coca Cola drinks that everyone enjoyed. Also present in the annual Christmas tree lighting were the kids of Manila Boystown who are very close to the heart of Enchong.
Coca Cola also gives a preview of their latest “Coca Cola Christmas Box Surprizes Promo” during the event where raffled Noche Buena packages and new timepieces from Timex in selected boxes.
