Opening in all theaters worldwide, the Harry Potter movie franchise will now bidding its loyal followers goodbye with the Harry Potter and the Deadly Hallows Part 2. The movie was based from the novel of J.K Rowling and directed by David Yates. It stars Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Emma Watsons (Hermione Granger), Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), and Ralph Fiennes (Lord Voldemort). The movie is available in 3D, IMAX 3D and regular format.
For a Harry Potter follower, watching the movie will never be the same as it helps every fan to visualize what they have read in Rowling’s novel. I guess, telling the short synopsis of the movie is no more needed on this post because we all know how it will end including the epilogue. Visually wise the movie was great along with the execution, it preserves the excitement that every HP followers have since the first movie until the end. Watching how each artist grew with their characters gives every viewer a touch of that feeling that HP is somewhat real or maybe just in our heart and minds.
As Harry Potter and the Deadly Hallows Part 2 finally showing in all theaters worldwide beginning July 14 or 15 depending in territorial distribution of Warner Bros Pictures, it signifies a closing of a chapter to the followers of the novel and the movie. As my friend mentioned in her Facebook that, the movie may end but that childhood feeling that HP gave to each viewers will remain in our memories. After all the books of J.K Rowling are always there in the bookstores along with all the merchandise or all the Harry Potter movies in DVD format which we can watch all over again to relive that magical mood. I have to admit, I may not had the chance to memorize all the names of the characters but I am a definitely a Harry Potter fan. The movie doesn’t need a review like what a colleague from blogging mentioned last night during the special advance screening at SM Mall of Asia IMAX Theater. Yes, I agree with that. The movie may not need a review but a tribute of those wonderful 7 books adapted to a movie, it brings every child and child at heart to experience of making their imagination fly. Letting us play Quidditch, walk at the Diagon Alley, imagining which wand Ollivander will give us, which house that the sorting hat will assigned us if its Gryffindor, Raven Claw, Hufflepuff or Slythein and learning incantations and potions at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
So better catch the finale of Harry Potter movie in all theaters near you beginning July 14. It is distributed by Warner Bros Pictures.
