Known as the maker of the famous bibingcrepe, Halfmoon Asian Café expands their menu and their area to cater more diners who wanted to enjoy good food and conversation. Located in the Tomas Morato near Blue Water Day Spa and ABS-CBN, HalfMoon Asian Café includes more rice meals to their growing clients same with coffee to match their bibingcrepes.
According to Gillette Garcia, Vice President for Operations of Halfmoon Asian Café, Blue Water Day Spa, and 55 Events, he sees the potential of expanding their menu from the usual café to a full dining area that will cater the yuppies and clients working and living within the place or nearby areas.
Some of the meals they are now offering in Halfmoon Asian Café includes; Beef Caldereta, Crispy Adobo, Binagoongan Baboy, Tapsilog, Fried Bangus partnered with salad and garlic rice and many more. All are Filipino food that gives the comfort of their home in every spoonful. They also offer Asian dishes like Siomai, Sirloin Tapa, Spanish Sardines and Gambas.
Bibingcrepe is the main product of Halfmoon Asian Café, it is a combination of bibingka and crepe with fillings like cheese, marshmallows, chocolate and corn. To enjoy the meal and desserts you ordered from HalfMoon, they offer a variety of hot and cold blended drinks like; Halfmoon Americano, Café Latte, Mocha, Café Bonbon, Chai Latte, Cool Mocha, Coffee Iced Blended and many more.
With a bigger space, Halfmoon Asian Café can now accommodate up to 100 guests with their function room that is good for Christmas Party, birthday and meetings.
