To avail 24 K Loyalty Card is as simple as 1, 2 and 3; first you can pay 100 pesos membership fee or earn fifty rewards with a 1000 pesos worth transaction (1 point per 20 pesos), second submit the complete application form with valid ID and third wait for 2 weeks card processing.
